These little no-bake bars are really yummy and super easy to make, made with just leftover cookies and melted chocolate. 10 minutes and 3 ingredients are enough to make a tasty snack, ideal to take with you as a quick snack on the go.
Taking inspiration from the preparation of a classic cheesecake base, made with just cookies and butter, I thought it would have been nice and fun to make small crunchy bites. I used some cocoa cookies I had bought for the morning dip in the milk, but since they weren't doing their job well, I decided to give them another much more appetizing life.
To give it the shape I used a silicone mold for bars, if you don't have one you can pour the mixture into a square pan and cut the bars individually after resting in the freezer. The best part is definitely the decoration, perfect to me is any type of dried fruit, give space to imagination!
Happy baking!
