Grape ice cream without ice cream maker is very easy and quick to prepare, it has no sugar or eggs and is ready in a few minutes. If you read me you know that I collaborated with the family-run farm Dal Contadino a Casa Tua. For this recipe I used the grapes they gave me, part of the mixed box of seasonal fruit and vegetables.
I had never used grapes in my recipes, for baked preparations it is not ideal, but for this very fresh ice cream it is perfect.
Tips
You can use cow milk, but I believe that plant based milk makes the ice cream lighter and more digestible.
Take care to put the fruit in the freezer overnight so it will be ready whenever you feel like wanting a light ice cream.
For those wishing to try other types of fruit, the method is the same, adjust the creaminess with more or less milk. I recommend cutting different types of fruit into chunks and storing them in separate containers in the freezer. In this way you will always have frozen fruit ready to be enjoyed.

Ingredients
Zest of 1 lemon
240 gr of frozen grapes
1/2 glass of plant based milk (I have used almond)
Method
1. Pour all the ingredients into a mixer, operate it for a few minutes until you get a smooth and creamy ice cream (avoid mixing for a long time so that the ice cream does not heat up too much and lose consistency)
2. Pour the ice cream into bowls and serve immediately
